鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防腐工程使用涂料的選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

(1)形成的涂層應(yīng)該具有良好的機(jī)械性能;

(2)涂層形成后對(duì)雜質(zhì)的滲透抵抗性能要好;

(3)防腐涂料的耐腐蝕性極強(qiáng)且極為穩(wěn)定,對(duì)于鋼材表面的保護(hù)作用明顯;

(4)涂料的附著力要強(qiáng),能輕易的附著于鋼材表面,涂層的壽命較高;

(5)涂料要易于施工,無(wú)污染且成本不高。根據(jù)以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn),一般鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的防腐工程中選用環(huán)氧富鋅底漆(不銹鋼基材除外)、環(huán)氧云鐵中層漆、氯化橡膠面漆,這些漆的特性基本符合上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn),且物美價(jià)廉,便于施工,是橋梁工程中Z常用于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防腐的配套涂層。
