風(fēng)水學(xué)上，以鐵藝大門(mén)的前方有明堂為吉，如果前方有綠茵、平地、水池、停車(chē)場(chǎng)等，如前方無(wú)明堂，則以開(kāi)左方鐵藝大門(mén)較佳，因?yàn)樽蠓綖榍帻埼?，青龍為吉。而右方屬白虎，一般以白虎為劣位，在右方開(kāi)鐵藝大門(mén)就不佳。而開(kāi)北門(mén)為玄武門(mén)，有“敗北”之意，不吉。
