濟(jì)南鐵藝護(hù)欄是指采用鋅合金材料制作的鋅鋼柵欄,由于其具有高強(qiáng)度、高硬度、外觀精美、色澤鮮艷等優(yōu)點(diǎn),目前已成為住宅小區(qū)、場(chǎng)區(qū)圍墻使用的主流產(chǎn)品。

(一)材料

鐵藝護(hù)欄型材 鐵藝護(hù)欄的基材為高溫?zé)峤\材料,熱浸鋅是指把鋼材投入幾千度的鋅液池中,浸泡達(dá)一定時(shí)間以后鋅液就會(huì)滲透到鋼材中,使之形成一種特殊的鋅鋼合金,熱浸鋅材料表面不經(jīng)任何處理在野外環(huán)境中即可達(dá)30年不銹蝕,如:高速公路護(hù)欄、高壓電塔都是采用高溫?zé)峤\材料,其防銹長(zhǎng)達(dá)30年之久,徹底解決了多年來(lái)防銹、美觀與之間的問(wèn)題。

鐵藝護(hù)欄配件采用使用壽命可達(dá)50年之久的改性高強(qiáng)度工程尼龍,其強(qiáng)度、硬度遠(yuǎn)高于普通鋼制材料,每可承受183MPA以上的壓力,2729MPA的拉伸力,可承受220℃以下高溫不變形等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

(2) Craft
1、鐵藝護(hù)欄工藝:采用無(wú)焊連接、橫豎穿插組裝而成。相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的鐵藝護(hù)欄,安裝更加快捷,外表更加美觀。

2、鐵藝護(hù)欄的基材由六層組成,分別是:

(1)鋼材層(Base steel):基材,硬度值為159DPN;

(2)鋅鋼合金層(Zeta layer):更靠近基材的一層致密合金層,構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,耐腐蝕性極強(qiáng),以FeZn7及FeZn13化合存在,硬度值為211DPN,含F(xiàn)e為7%-11%;
(2) Zinc steel alloy layer: a dense alloy layer closest to the substrate, with complex structure and strong corrosion resistance. It exists in the combination of fezn7 and fezn13, with hardness value of 211dpn and Fe content of 7% - 11%;
(3)亞鉛層(Delta layer):顯著單斜系柱狀組織,F(xiàn)e含量為6%,,耐腐蝕,硬度值為179DPN;

(4)純鋅層(Eta layer):稠密六方晶系,變形加工不易破裂,鋅純度98.5%,硬度值為70DPN;

(5)高鋅磷化層:具有良好的耐腐蝕性,并增強(qiáng)涂膜與基材附著力;

(6)阿克蘇——諾貝爾彩色離分子高溫固化層:優(yōu)異的防腐性能及抗撞擊性能,具有的抗紫外、抗氧化和表面自潔性能,色澤變化率15年不超過(guò)5%。
(6) Akzo Nobel color ionomer high temperature curing layer: excellent corrosion resistance and impact resistance, excellent UV resistance, oxidation resistance and surface self-cleaning performance, and the color change rate shall not exceed 5% in 15 years.
